AACOA operates state-of-the-art aluminum extrusion, fabrication, and anodizing facilities that have been recognized as among the most advanced in the industry. With two locations in Elkhart and Niles, they are saving money and gaining more expertise by outsourcing the information technology services to the CCS team. We support multiple virtualized Microsoft Windows Servers running Exchange, SQL, Terminal Services, VPN and various production applications. There are 70 workstations with in addition to notebooks and iPhones for remote sales people connected to the network. By combining CarePlan Plus, DataCare, EmailCare, WebCare and the SecureCare modules CCS truly is AACOA’s IT department.

In 2000, Vitracoat Powder Coatings opened their US headquarters in Elkhart, IN and the office has been growing ever since. The first major hurdle for this Extra Care Plan Client was to create and maintain a reliable means of providing access to data across international borders. With CCS's help, Vitracoat is no longer stuck in one-office communication; their data is available to their CPA in Florida, their headquarters in Mexico and their sales representatives all over the country. When G&R Transport, a long time CarePlan client, was faced with aging equipment they decided to take a bold step by signing up for our newest CarePlan Extra offering. The new CarePlan Extra combines hardware, software and ongoing maintenance into a single operating expense spread over a period of time. At the end of the refresh cycle CCS will replace all of the old equipment at G&R Transport with the latest systems available. When Regal Mold & Die came to CCS needing help managing and storing extremely large CAD files we outfitted them with a state-of-the-art server with redundant disk storage and power supplies, as well as a secure firewall and router. When they were quickly exceeding the storage capabilities of their server; CCS was able to add disk space to the network by setting up a Mirrored Network Attached Storage unit. Today CCS manages all this equipment via a CarePlan Plus agreement with the DataCare module.

Al-Bar Ranch is a niche retailer that has been with CCS since 1989. We began by helping them with a standalone database to manage customer information and generate mailings. Since then CCS has been there to help Al-Bar grow into more sophisticated business systems. They now run a seven workstation Microsoft Windows network and General point of sale system (POS) with full bar code inventory and two POS stations. CCS installed and supports the network server with redundant hard disks and server based tape backup.
